The Cora Studio is a 16’ x 30’ unobstructed studio available for dance rehearsals in the REDHOOK STUDIOS BUILDING in Red Hook, Brooklyn. Located at 201 Richards Street between Coffey and Van Dyke Streets, the studio has wood floors, mirrors and natural light. In addition to the studio space, there are two bathrooms accessible to all renters. THERE IS NO STORAGE SPACE AVAILABLE. The studio is offered at a sliding scale PAY-WHAT-YOU-CAN RATE (suggested rate $10; minimum rate $5 for rehearsals.) See below for details.

RATES
The Cora Studio is available at a PAY-WHAT-YOU-CAN rehearsal rate, allowing artists to work at a rate that is affordable to them. Suggested rates are listed below.

Suggested Hourly Rehearsal Rate: $10 per hour + $20 refundable key deposit
Suggested Hourly Rental Rate for a Class or Workshop: $25 per hour + $20 refudndable key deposit

There is a 48 hour cancellation policy. Renters will still be charged for any rehearsals cancelled less than 48 hours before 9am on the rehearsal date.
$20 refundable key deposit is required of all renters

TO BOOK SPACE:

2. If the times you wish are available, please contact Studio Manager
   Katie Dean at kdean@coradance.org to book your rehearsals. If you have
   never rented the space before, please include in your email times you are
   available to arrange to come the space, receive keys and sign a rental
   contract.
3. Payment for the first rehearsal and a refundable key deposit of $20 are
   due at the time of contract signing. Payment for additional rehearsals is
   due on the same day of the rental or may be made prior to the rental date.
